Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and TX licensure required.
• ASHA CCC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including speech, language, cognition, dysphagia, and AAC needs.
• Develop and implement patient-centered, home-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families and other professionals.
• Progress documentation and treatment plan updates.
