Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Charleston, SC and surrounding areas. PRN positions available for the duration of patients' stays, with therapy in patients' homes and communities.

Our team delivers integrated treatment plans in a functional home setting, applying evidence-based approaches to achieve durable outcomes in neuro and related orthopedic cases.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required with state licensure and ASHA CCC.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including speech, language, executive functioning, cognition and dysphagia.
• Develop and implement individualized plans in patients' homes and communities.
