Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners provides patient-centered rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities in Moncks Corner, SC and surrounding areas. We are seeking experienced Physical Therapists to join our team on a PRN basis, delivering integrated, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s functional goals.

Our therapy teams focus on neurological injuries and related disorders, collaborating with families and professionals to build durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure required.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, environmental safety needs.
