Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Tustin, CA, with PRN positions available for the duration of patients' stays in home and community settings.

Our interdisciplinary teams build integrated treatment plans delivered one-on-one in clients' homes, addressing neurological and complex orthopedic goals with an evidence-based approach to durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure are required; ASHA CCC preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills; ability to communicate with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including all areas of speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
