Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Fullerton, CA is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in home and community settings. PRN positions available to support patients for the duration of their stay.

Our interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans and emphasize evidence-based approaches to address speech and language impairments, dysphagia, and cognitive needs in neurologically related disorders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
• ASHA CCC certification preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of speech and language impairments.
