Job summary

Oakland Family Services is seeking a Home-Based and Infant Mental Health Supervisor in Pontiac, MI. You will provide clinical and administrative supervision to therapists in the SSY department, oversee program budgets, and ensure compliance with licensing and COA standards.

The role requires a master’s degree in social work or related field, LMSW/LPC/LLP/LMFT licensure, and at least two years of supervision experience in 0-6 services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field required.
• State licensure or credentialing at LMSW/LPC/LLP/LMFT level preferred.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience in youth/infant mental health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Home-Based/Infant Mental Health staff.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and ensure adherence to fiscal parameters.
• Lead staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, COA, and funder requirements; promote DEI and inclusion.
