Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Age: 18 years or older.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming living environment in your home.
• Provide daily support with ADLs (cooking, cleaning, bathing) as needed.
• Oversee medication administration and health oversight.
• Empower the individual to develop life skills and independence.
• Include the individual in family activities and outings.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation of care.
