Delion Care Services in Murray, KY is seeking a Family Home Provider to welcome someone into your home and life. This role blends caregiving with mentorship, providing daily support and a stable home environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will handle ADLs, medications, and daily activities while ensuring safety, documentation, and compliance. A high school diploma, age 18+, valid driver's license, insurance, and background/drug checks are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Requirements: A valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with our administrative support team.
• The Home: Ability to pass a home safety inspection and background check.

Responsabilités

• Create a safe, welcoming living environment.
• Provide daily support with ADLs as needed.
• Oversee administration of prescribed medications.
• Help the individual reach personal goals and life skills.
• Include the individual in family activities and outings.
