Qualifications

• Current, unexpired license as a mechanical journeyman or mechanical contractor in Oklahoma.
• Minimum five years of experience under Oklahoma Mechanical Licensing Laws and Industry Regulations.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Investigate licensing and code standards at construction worksites.
• Receive and investigate complaints; issue citations when appropriate.
• Prepare inspection and violation reports; testify at hearings on licensing violations.
• Coordinate with city inspectors and other agencies; present information to stakeholders.
