Job summary

Abound Health is seeking Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes and communities in Wilkes Barre, PA and surrounding areas. You will help individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity, with flexible hours and weekly pay.

This role suits patient, dependable caregivers; training is provided. A valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Able to work independently and responsibly in home and community settings.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities.
• Assist with behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Support recreational and community activities and document progress.
