Qualifications

• Associate degree or CNA license preferred.
• Two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities one-to-one in home and community settings.
• Teach, model and provide hands-on support to increase independence at home.
• Utilize an agency vehicle and flexible schedule to meet needs.
