Job summary

Abound Health is hiring compassionate, reliable Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Bellefonte, PA. Full-time and part-time hours available.

As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of caregiving experience preferred (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development
