Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Experience with community-based individuals needing personal assistance is preferred.
• Ability to work independently without a high degree of supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based eligibility determinations for NC Medicaid Beneficiaries.
• Complete assessments in the beneficiary's primary residence.
• Work out of home office, traveling as needed within the region.
