The role is field-based, requiring driving and community presence to stabilize family functioning. You must hold a Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, be at least 21, and have a valid driver's license with minimal points.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required.
• Ability to travel between counties to service clients.
• Knowledge of social services and confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home services to families to support goals.
• Attend court and render recommendations as needed.
• Develop service plans and monitor progress with families.
• Maintain case records and prepare reports for agencies.
