Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress—noting new grads are welcome).
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services.
• Integrity, creativity and collaboration in a team setting.

• Maintain manageable caseloads and coordinate with families and caregivers.
• Supervise and mentor future BCBAs where applicable.
• Contribute to program development and program fidelity across centers.
