ABS Kids is seeking a BCBA to join a mission-driven team focused on delivering ABA services to children with autism. The role offers first-year guaranteed compensation, a robust bonus plan, signing and relocation support, and comprehensive benefits.

The position supports a flexible hybrid schedule (1 day remote per week, four 10-hour days), with strong leadership and growth opportunities across 20+ centers nationwide. ABS Kids promotes a collaborative, peer-supported culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with BCBA certification (or in progress).
• Dedication to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and their families.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to plan and adjust programs.
• Support supervision and mentorship of future BCBAs when applicable.
