Guinco Service in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Appliance Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair residential appliances (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning, laundry) to manufacturer standards. This role offers a take-home company vehicle, in-office part pre-screens, and a team-focused environment for long-term career growth.

You will use a company-issued iPad to process repair records, reference technical information, and issue receipts, while enjoying strong team support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-line appliance repair experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (125 lbs occasionally).
• Willing to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Basic computer/tablet skills and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & repair residential appliances to manufacturer standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Use company-issued iPad to process records and payments.
• Make timely, independent repair decisions within a team.
• Coordinate with support, dispatch, and management.
