Job summary

Child Builders ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver home-based ABA therapy to clients with autism and developmental disabilities. You will collect data and help implement behavior plans, working closely with BCBA to ensure consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in psychology/education preferred.
• RBT training or BACB certification preferred, we offer course if needed.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques is required.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement ABA effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Collect accurate data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to ensure consistency in treatment.
• Help clients acquire communication, social, self-help, and academic skills.
• Provide progress feedback to BCBA and monitor changes in behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical behavior analysis standards.
