Job summary

Child Builders ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and work closely with BCBA to ensure effective treatment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of RBT training preferred; course offered for new staff.
• Current RBT certification through BACB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings (home, school, community).
• Collect accurate data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure consistent treatment.
• Assist clients in communication, socialization, self-help, and academics.
