Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings in Iowa. This role offers part-time hours, flexibility, and a pathway to professional growth within a supported clinical team.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and eager to learn, with RBT certification required before working. Training is provided, and opportunities to advance with a strong clinical team are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community locations.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
