Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes, helping to build communication, social, and independence skills under supervision of a BCBA.

This part-time role offers afternoon/evening shifts with flexible scheduling and ongoing training. Training is provided and supervision is available in a supportive team environment in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
