Job summary

Right at Home in Medford, OR is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide in-home support for seniors and adults with disabilities, helping them live safely and independently in their own homes.

You'll perform personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and safety supervision, following individual care plans and documenting progress using our mobile app, while communicating with the office team and receiving ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively with our office team.

Skills & Experience

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
