Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to support seniors and adults with disabilities in Medford and surrounding Rogue Valley communities. You will provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders to help clients live safely and independently at home.

The role emphasizes building trust, following care plans, and documenting daily notes via our app. A supportive team culture and ongoing training are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance required.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders and monitoring adherence.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation needs.
• Ensuring safety and supervising in-home activities.
• Following care plans and documenting daily notes in the app.
• Communicating effectively with the office team.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively with our office team.

Skills & Experience

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
