Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to support seniors and adults with independence in their own homes. You will perform personal care, assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help with light housekeeping and meals.

Responsibilities include medication reminders, mobility support, safety supervision, and documenting care notes via our mobile app, while maintaining clear communication with the office team.

Qualifications

• Background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous caregiving experience welcomed but not essential.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Skills & Experience

• Successfully pass a background check.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
