Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Sheffield, PA and surrounding areas. The role offers a pay rate of $18.50 per hour with a PRN, no set schedule, and needs-based hours according to individual ISP needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development and community engagement.
• Provide transportation and community-based supports.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication assistance as trained.
• Complete required documentation and service logs.

Position: Direct Support Professional Location: Sheffield , PA

Pay Rate: Earn 18.50 per hr

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support, transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs
