Job summary

Pinch is expanding across Ohio and seeking Founding Providers who will perform at-home aesthetic treatments such as tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials for clients in their homes. You’ll set your own schedule and build your client base with support from a top-rated brand.

As a Founding Provider, you will receive overhead-covered operations, malpractice coverage, and ongoing training, with opportunities to grow via events, partnerships, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Ohio.
• Willingness to attend in-person training.
• Ability to deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best - tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
• Build your client base - treat clients from your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.
• Own your schedule - work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10-20 per week.
• Grow your business - put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Run a polished practice - manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.
