Job summary

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Ohio for a 1099 contractor role. You will deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes with the freedom to set your own schedule and build your practice under a top-rated brand.

Founding Providers lead Pinch’s presence in their communities, access events and partnerships, and grow a client book of at least five per month from personal networks. Training may be required before starting.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Ohio
• Willingness to attend in-person training
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to build your own practice

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials, safely and to clinical standards
• Build your client base through your personal network and community
• Own your schedule, averaging 10–20 hours per week
• Grow your business using Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals
• Maintain organized, timely client records and supplies management
