The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They are also talent leaders, involved in recruiting, training, engagement, and development. They are expected to show up, bringing their best selves every day to create an inclusive place of belonging for their team and customers.
