OWM Integrative Wellness is seeking a Wellness Coach who combines evidence-informed nutrition, botanical medicine, and lifestyle coaching to empower clients in Buffalo and surrounding areas. This education-focused role emphasizes collaborative, client-centered wellness and prevention.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of wellness coaching experience and a strong foundation in holistic health, nutrition, and botanical medicine.

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in wellness coaching, naturopathic medicine, integrative health, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary supplements, and botanical medicine.
Excellent communication and client education skills.
Passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals through lifestyle-based approaches.
Naturopathic education or training is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Dietary & Nutritional Counseling: Develop personalized nutrition and wellness plans while educating clients on vitamins, minerals, and dietary supplements.
Botanical Medicine Education: Guide clients on the safe and appropriate use of herbs and natural wellness products.
Lifestyle & Stress Management: Coach clients on healthy lifestyle habits, including sleep hygiene, exercise, stress reduction, and mindfulness practices.
Wellness Education: Empower clients by providing education on supporting the body's natural healing processes through evidence-informed lifestyle strategies.
Collaborative Care: Work closely with the OWM team to deliver a comprehensive and client-centered wellness experience.
