Sauna House in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Massage Therapist who blends therapeutic technique with our Enlightened Hospitality philosophy to help guests recover through heat, cold and touch. You will tailor sessions through active listening, maintain a pristine treatment room, and provide guidance for post-session recovery.

Qualifications

• Active State License in Massage Therapy.
• 1 year of desired experience.
• Proficiency in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, etc., with an interest in learning how these interact with thermal therapy.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to explain the "Why" behind your techniques.
• Ability to work peak hours (evenings and weekends) when our community needs recovery most.

Responsibilities

• Active Listening & Customization: tailor a session based on the guest's sauna/plunge experience and goals.
• Coordinate with Guest Service Coordinators to ensure a seamless transition from bathhouse to massage room.
• Explain how massage enhances vasodilation and lymphatic drainage started in the saunas.
• Maintain a pristine, calming treatment space with Day One standards of cleanliness and sensory consistency.
• Provide post-session guidance on hydration, rest, and next steps for recovery.
