Mountain View Hospital in Idaho Falls seeks a Medical Doctor (M.D. or D.O.) to serve as a Primary Care Provider, evaluating, treating, and delivering comprehensive preventive care to patients of all ages.

The role emphasizes integrative modalities, lifestyle medicine, and coordination with specialists. Ideal candidates have at least two years of independent primary or urgent care experience, Idaho licensure, DEA/IBOP, and board certification.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (M.D. or D.O.) required; Idaho licensure, Federal DEA and IBOP certifications.
• Board Certification in the specialty; CME as required by licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications maintained.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and stabilize patients with acute conditions and coordinate transfers as needed.
• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up care across all ages.
• Perform wellness physicals and document to MVH quality standards.
• Incorporate integrative therapies and educate patients on functional medicine.
