Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist in Iowa or dual licensure as LMT and Esthetician.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized head spa treatments (scalp massage, cleansing, exfoliation, hydration).
• Assess scalp/hair conditions and recommend services and care routines.
• Explain LifeSkills Connection Holistic Health services to clients and answer questions clearly.

Holistic Head Spa Specialist

LifeSkills Connection, Inc. is hiring a part‑time Holistic Head Spa Specialist to provide personalized wellness services at Holistic Health in Manning, Iowa. You’ll deliver customized head spa treatments, help clients understand available services and products, and support a calm, clean, and welcoming treatment environment. This is a hands‑on role for a licensed professional who values client care, organization, confidentiality, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Perform customized head spa treatments, including scalp massage, cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration
• Assess clients’ scalp and hair conditions and recommend appropriate services, products, and care routines
• Explain Holistic Health services and answer client questions clearly
• Clean, organize, and reset treatment rooms between clients, including sterilizing equipment and replenishing supplies
• Order and coordinate head spa supplies and products
• Collect and document payments accurately and provide front desk support as needed

What You’ll Bring

• Current Iowa cosmetology license, or dual licensure as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician
• Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and client-service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through
• Understanding of confidential records management and HIPAA privacy requirements
• A flexible, creative, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the mission, vision, and values of LifeSkills Connection
