You will assess medical history, tailor treatment plans, advise on sleep, exercise and nutrition, support payments, ensure HIPAA privacy, keep treatment rooms sterile, and collaborate with the Holistic Health Manager to deliver consistent, compassionate care.

Position: Acupuncturist

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Reports to: Holistic Health Manager

Position Description: Responsible for providing acupuncture services to clients at Holistic Health.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide acupuncture services to Holistic Health clients as scheduled by the Wellness staff
• Assist clients in understanding the services offered at Holistic Health
• Consult the client about their medical history and the reason for their visit
• Give advice on lifestyle habits such as sleep, exercise, and diet to improve a client’s physical health
• Create a plan of care that focuses on the client’s overall health and wellbeing
• Help with payments for Holistic Health products and services
• Clean and organize treatment rooms between clients; includes sterilizing equipment and replenishing supplies
• Comply with HIPAA privacy requirements and processes
• Coordinate with the Holistic Health Manager to ensure all tasks are being completed
