Job summary

Voda Medical Clinic in Newberg, Oregon is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult‑Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, MD, or DO to join our integrative care team. This in‑clinic role requires daily in‑person patient care in a holistic practice focusing on hormone optimization, nutritional counseling, IV therapies, and weight management.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in primary or urgent care and an interest in functional medicine.

Qualifications

• Hold and maintain an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license for the duration of employment.
• Hold an active AANP or ANCC certification and remain certified during the duration of employment.
• Graduated from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients.
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.

Education

Nurse Practitioner license (active & unrestricted)

AANP or ANCC certification

Graduated from accredited university
