Job summary

The Best Buy Certified Apple Computing Advisor creates a world-class shopping experience for customers by delivering hands-on product demonstrations and solutions. You’ll build lasting relationships and guide customers to technology that fits their needs.

You'll work with a team to meet revenue and service targets, stay current on vendor products, and help customers select Apple devices and services in-store and online.

Qualifications

• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Experience with premium or complex technology solutions is preferred.
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
• Processes sales transactions including online and in-person orders while handling returns and exchanges with General Advisors.
• Engages with customers for consultations in-store, over the phone, or online chat.
