Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our store operations team during the holiday season. The role focuses on preparing merchandise for the selling floor and fulfilling outbound shipments while contributing to an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in operations or a warehouse setting, familiar with retail tech, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Night, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare merchandise to be shipped to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
