Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Team Members represent the Tiffany brand during the holiday season in the United States, delivering an exceptional client experience with warmth and professionalism.

You will assist with engraving, manage waiting lists, and support packaging, POS, and inventory to uphold our luxury standards. The role requires working non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays, and prior retail or luxury retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or luxury retail or Client related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Able to work with a diverse client base.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective brand ambassador, warmly welcoming Clients and creating a memorable experience.
• Improve the Client experience with hospitality and store amenities to drive sales and service.
• Assist with engraving station where applicable.
• Accurately lead floor waiting list if applicable.
• Ensure hospitality area is fully stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate with management any potential service issues with waiting clients.
• Assist sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, keeping POS stations and sales floor neat and organized.
• Assist operations team with policies and after sales servicing to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
