Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service during the holiday season (October through January). You’ll help customers, keep merchandise organized, and ensure the sales floor is well stocked while providing smooth checkout experiences.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, with flexible availability, tech comfort with cash registers and handheld devices, and strong teamwork. This role is temporary and supports busy seasonal operations.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally.
• Learn procedural knowledge via on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives, aiming for exchanges when possible.
• Communicate restocking and service requirements to management.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
