Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to learn on-the-job training.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: Approach and acknowledge customers immediately, providing assistance and handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs: Assess customer needs by sharing product knowledge and directing them to merchandise.
• Promote store events and promotions: Inform customers about current store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns: Address issues and offer alternatives, aiming to turn returns into exchanges where possible.
• Communicate needs to management: Inform management about restocking and service requirements in a timely manner.
• Support team and company goals: Collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive environment.
• Additional responsibilities as determined by the Store Manager.
