Five Below is seeking part-time seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season (October through January). You will greet customers, assist with product questions, and process transactions on a fast-paced, high-energy floor.

Candidates should enjoy helping people, be comfortable with technology, and be able to stay organized while stocking and maintaining merchandise. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining the sales floor, and contributing to a positive checkout

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Able to learn procedural knowledge through on‑the‑job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and provide assistance.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns, aiming to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
