Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to join during the holiday season from October through January. You will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain organized merchandise, keep the floor stocked, and provide seamless checkout experiences at the register.

This temporary role supports strong sales and positive store operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, upselling, assisting with promotions, and communicating needs to management.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new devices.
• Good communicator with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Able to learn procedures on-the-job.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns by offering alternatives and exchanges when possible.
• Communicate restocking and service needs to management.
• Support team and store goals to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Additional responsibilities as determined by the Store Manager.
