Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: acknowledge and help multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer solutions, aiming to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate inventory restocking and service requirements to management in a timely manner.
