Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for the holiday season (October through January) to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales. You will keep merchandise organized, ensure the floor is stocked, and provide a seamless checkout experience.

Greet customers, answer questions, and suggest products while working a flexible schedule. Must be 16+ and comfortable with technology, with strong communication and teamwork skills to support store goals.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering to solve problems.
• On-the-job training to learn procedures.
