Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices)
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues professionally
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: acknowledge customers and provide assistance
• Understand and meet customer needs: share product knowledge and make recommendations
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales
• Resolve customer concerns: offer alternatives and aim to turn returns into exchanges
• Communicate needs to management: inform about restocking and customer feedback
• Support team and company goals: contribute to a positive work environment
