Five Below, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate for the holiday period. You will greet customers, assist with product questions, and drive sales while keeping the floor stocked and welcoming. You’ll handle transactions and help maintain a seamless checkout experience.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, multitasking, and flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and possible overnight shifts during October through January.

Formación

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on- the-job training.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and seek exchanges where possible.
• Communicate stock and service needs to management.
• Support team and store goals in a positive work environment.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Store Manager.
