Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service during the holiday season. You will help customers, keep merchandise organized, and ensure the sales floor remains stocked.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions, product knowledge, and suggestive selling at the register. The position runs October through January with a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: Acknowledge customers and provide assistance as they enter the store.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns by offering alternatives and facilitating exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management regarding stock, service requirements, and customer feedback.
