Cherry Hill Programs in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager at Broadway Plaza to lead a frontline team during peak shopping season. You will oversee daily photo operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences for families visiting Santa.

This role emphasizes scheduling, training, coaching, and maintaining high standards of service while managing deposits and store processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work flexible hours.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make decisions.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Availability for pre-season training and ~40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and site performance.
• Respond to business calls and emails; drive sales and cash handling.
• Submit daily deposits and maintain financial paperwork.
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Build relationships with venue partners and vendors.
• Partner with host venues to support operations.
• Manage seasonal setup, breakdown and equipment security.
