Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Local Manager to partner with the Local Manager in leading a seasonal photo team.

You will oversee daily photo operations, motivate the seasonal staff, drive sales and guest service excellence, and ensure families enjoy memorable Santa experiences and outstanding photo memories from start to finish. You’ll promote a positive work environment, handle opening-day preparations, training, scheduling, and inventory, and work in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Cash handling/sales experience is required.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible hours (evenings/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
• Assist opening-day tasks: hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests select memories.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures from senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and admin tasks.
