Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager for our seasonal photo operations. You will support the Local Manager, lead a frontline team, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and ensure a magical holiday experience for families across partner locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales role.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make decisions.
• Availability for required pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
• 20+ hours per week or as needed.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment upholding values and policies.
• Assist opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, scheduling and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns to support a positive experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training and recruitment.
