Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager to support daily operations at Florence Mall.

You will lead a seasonal team, manage staffing and scheduling, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during a busy holiday period. You’ll assist with opening-day preparations, training, and customer service, while resolving issues and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability to attend required pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

• Support opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other admin tasks.
